Do offer cards in other sizes?
Yes! All cards are available in:

• Card Stock-  5.5x8.5 $1.20ea.  /  5.5x4 $1.00ea.

• Photo Paper- 5x7 $1.00ea.  /  5x5 $0.84ea.  /  4x8 $0.84ea. / 4x6 $0.84ea

When requesting a proof you are able to choose the size and paper type that works best for your special occasion. *Quantity and Multiple Item Discounts Available

Do you offer DIY printing?
Yes! It is available for all our designs and stationary items. With our DIY Printing option, you receive your finished items as JPEG files or PDF files. Upon request, additional sizes and file types are available. You may choose this option on the Send Me a Proof form located on the items page. Your files will be delivered to you via email.




What is the difference between Card Stock and Photo Paper?

Card stock is a thicker paper that gives a more formal look. Offers you the ability to print on both sides. It does have a coating on it to allow for optimal clarity of your photographs and is available in a matte, gloss or linen finish.

Photo paper is a thinner paper, and a bit more casual. It is an actual photograph so the colors in the design will be represented vividly. We use Kodak Professional Endura Matte Paper.

How long does it take to receive my order?

DIY Printing Option-
You will receive your finished JPEG Files via email upon receipt of payment.

Due to the custom nature of items, Orders are not processed for printing until payment is received.

Do you offer a multiple items discount?
Yes! Send us an email with the items and quantity needed for each, we'll send you a quote.



Will you make my invitation without pictures?
Yes! Our designers will customize the card to your specifications. We aim to make it perfect for your special occasion!



My daughter and son are sharing a birthday party, with 2 different themes - Can you help me?
Yes! We'll custom create a design using both themes! Complete the send me a proof form, under the Custom Create tab. Once you have approved your proof you may order your card in any size or style using our print order form.



How long will it take to get my first proof?
You will receive your first proof in 3 hours or LESS!



How do you get my photos and details?
On every items page there is a form you may use to send us your details and photos. You will receive an email from us after ordering confirming the information. If you would rather email us directly, that is fine also.



Can I make a change to my order in progress?
We are happy to accept your changes.
Please email Proofs@CMArtistry.com or your designer with any revisions you need to make. However, no changes can be made after your order has been processed.



Can you fix my photo?
We will crop and enhance your photo to suit the design. We can sometimes add more background or remove background, but we cannot fix missing parts of hands, ears, heads, etc. Please make sure they are fully in the photo. We can not fix blurry or grainy photos.


You have a baby shower invitation card, that would be perfect for my child's birthday, could you make it work?
Of Course!! All our cards are customizable to your needs.



I don't see a design that works for my event, Can you help me?
Yes! We'll custom create a design to your specification. Complete the send me a proof form with as many details as possible.



What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We offer an unlimited number of digital proofs prior to processing your order. In the event that there was an error on our part, your order WILL be replaced and shipped to you within 24 hours, at no cost to you.

These are permitted for a one (1) time use for personal events. Payment & sale is for the personalized service being provided, to include the customers text and customization, to be printed for personal use only. We ARE NOT selling the Characters. CMArtistry does not claim ownership over the characters used in your customized item as they belong to their respective copyright holders. We DO NOT sell the characters or clip art. These items require wording and customer information to be used for permitted purposes for Personal use such as birthday parties, baby showers and school events.
